Based in Copenhagen’s new Orestad district, the transaction included development land and existing real estate in the form of a Crowne Plaza Hotel. Solstra Capital is actively involved into managing the operations of the estate through its fully-owned hotel management company. Construction of the last part of the development, and office tower design by Foster Group, was initiated in 2013, and will be completed by autumn 2015, at which time the entire Copenhagen Towers will consist of 87,000 sqm of hotel and office buildings.
